Over the last 17 years, Javier has worked with the senior executive teams and boards of directors at global organisations. Formerly a senior executive with Accenture and founding Chief Executive of The Talent Foundation, today Javier works with individuals, teams and organisations, helping them step up their impact on themselves and on others.
Javier is an active member of the RSA’s Council, advisor to The Royal Household (Buckingham Palace), to Investors in People UK and a member of the editorial board of HR Strategy Review. He often addresses international conferences and the media on the subject of talent, leadership and workforce engagement.
Javier holds a PhD in Cognitive Psychology, an MSc in Neuropsychology as well as a BSc degree in Computer Sciences., PhD, the Possibilate team consists of people with deep expertise in the area of cognitive psychology in the workplace. They are men and women who want to improve the quality of people’s lives at and through work.
