Our vision
Our vision is that the LAT becomes available to the entire world, helping people grow and work together wherever they are, whatever they are doing.
We are currently working on an LAT Certification Program, preparing professionals across the world to support others as they learn to use the tool. In addition, we will be soon releasing LATonline©, a web-based version of the tool which uses email reminders to help people action on their new “realignment” commitments.
